Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 kg
- apple - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 head
- tomato paste - 70 g
- chili pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- vinegar 9% - 100 g
- salt - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into long bars.
