Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 kg
- apple - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 head
- tomato paste - 70 g
- chili pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- vinegar 9% - 100 g
- salt - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into long bars.
2. Pass all other vegetables through a meat grinder and put them in a saucepan. Add salt, sugar, tomato paste, vinegar and bring to a boil.
3. Pour the zucchini into a saucepan and stir. When it boils, cook for 1 hour over medium heat.
4. Put the prepared salad in sterile jars and seal them tightly.
Turn over and wrap in a blanket until it cools completely!
