How to cook zucchini schnitzels: an alternative to the usual chops

If you still have plenty of zucchini left over and just don't know how to use it, you should check out this recipe. These zucchini schnitzels are a great alternative to classic chops. First, they are fried in a pan and then additionally baked in the oven: this makes the dish very juicy on the inside and has a nice crust on the outside.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 600 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- potatoes - 2 pcs
- green onions - a bunch
- eggs - 2 pcs
- garlic - 4 cloves
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 60 g
- sour cream - 60 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini from the skin and seeds. Grate the zucchini, then put it in a colander. Add salt, mix, and leave for 15 minutes to let the zucchini juice out.
2. Grate carrots and potatoes on a fine grater. Mix zucchini, potatoes, and carrots.
3. Chop the onion. Add to the vegetables.
4. Beat the eggs. Add to the vegetables.
5. Squeeze the garlic into the vegetables.
6. Add semolina, salt and pepper. Stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, squeezed garlic and chopped dill.
8. Form the schnitzels.
9. Fry the schnitzels for 2 minutes on each side.
10. Put the schnitzels in the mold. Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees.
