How to cook soft and tasty ribs in the oven: we share the recipe for the best marinade
Pork ribs are one of the most satisfying, delicious, and easy-to-cook meat dishes. They can be cooked in different ways: boiled, fried, and baked with sauces and spices. To make the ribs tender, you need, firstly, to choose them correctly, and secondly, to add spices, juice or sauces that will make the meat soft.
Chef Yulia Simonchuk shared a recipe for delicious, juicy and soft ribs with sauce cooked in the oven on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- ribs - 2.5 kg
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- granulated garlic - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- paprika - 1 tbsp.
- pepper - 1 tbsp.
For glazing:
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- mustard - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 6 tbsp
- juice of half a lemon
- tomato paste - 160 g
- adjika - 2 tbsp.
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the ribs, dry them, remove the film, and make punctures with a knife to marinate the meat faster and better.
2. Marinade: mix the oil, paprika, granulated garlic, salt, pepper and marinate the ribs in it, set aside for at least 2 hours.
3. Then wrap the ribs in foil, put them on a baking sheet, and bake for 2.5 hours at 150 C.
4. Glaze: put all the ingredients in a saucepan, stir and simmer over a fire for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Take out the ribs, cut them, dip them well in the sauce, put them on a baking sheet covered with foil, and put them back in the oven at 200 C and bake for 20 minutes.
