Beetroot is a vegetable that has a rather hard and dense texture. Therefore, it takes quite a bit of time to cook it. But there is a method that will help you boil the fruit in just a few minutes, even without a stove.
Food blogger Olga Bilous (bilous_olha) shared how to cook beets in the microwave in 15 minutes on her Instagram page.
1. Place the bag on a plate.
2. Put the beets in it.
3. Add 0.5 cups of water.
4. Tie.
5. Make punctures on top with a knife.
6. Microwave for 15 minutes.
