Homemade sugar-free candy and baking: you need three ingredients

If you've been looking for an alternative to sweets with a high sugar content for a long time, then you should pay attention to healthy homemade sweets. To make them, you will need such basic ingredients as fruits, dried fruits, and nuts. These sweets mustn't need to be baked, so you will spend a minimum of time preparing them.
Food blogger Kristy Petrash (kristy_cookery) shared a recipe for healthy banana sweets on her Instagram page, which requires only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- rice cakes – 100 g
- banana – 1 pc
- cocoa – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. The breads need to be crushed beforehand and it is best to do it in a blender. This will make the candies homogeneous.
2. Mash the banana and add to the bread.
3. Add cocoa. Stir until smooth.
4. Form the candies into balls.
5. If desired, you can pour chocolate on top of the candy, or put nuts inside.
