Zucchini can be used to make not only a casserole or pancakes but also a full-fledged snack cake. To make it, you need to fry thin pancakes and brush them with a delicious garlic sauce. Everything is very basic and delicious.
The idea of making a zucchini cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann and food. The dish is also very budget-friendly.
Ingredients:
- medium zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 5 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- garlic - to taste
- mayonnaise (sour cream)
- dill
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Season with salt and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Then drain all the juice.
4. Add eggs, salt (to taste), and flour.
5. Make batter.
6. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of batter on a preheated frying pan with a little oil.
7. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
8. Cool the finished pancakes.
9. Spread with the following sauce: garlic + mayonnaise (sour cream) + dill. Be sure to put sliced tomatoes between the greased pancakes.
