Fluffy cheesecakes without flour that always keep their shape: recipe in the oven
You've probably experienced the problem of cheesecakes losing their shape and falling apart while frying. To remedy the situation and make a perfect dish, you can bake the cheesecakes in the oven. By the way, they still have a very nice crispy crust.
Food blogger Oksana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for oven-baked cheesecakes that always keep their shape on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- egg yolks – 1 pc
- dried apricots – 2 pcs
- banana – 1\3 pcs
- semolina – 2 tbsp
- flour for rolling
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the dried apricots and soak them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then rinse again.
2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Then mix with yolk, banana, chopped dried apricots, and semolina. Stir well.
3. Form the cheesecakes. Put into a baking dish covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
