Jam is a very necessary product, especially in winter when there are no fresh berries to make, for example, pies and cakes. You can make jams and preserves from any kind of berries and fruits, especially delicious ones are made from apples, pears, cherries, and grapes.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious, beautiful, golden grape jam that will become the basis for many desserts on his website.
Ingredients:
- grape without seeds - 400 g
- vanilla - 3 g
- sugar - 200 g
- water - 1 liter
The method of preparation:
1. Wash the grape. Separate the berries from the stem.
2. Place them on a paper towel to dry.
3. Then put the grapes in a saucepan, add water, sugar and vanilla, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for another 15 minutes.
4. After that, let the jam stand for 12 hours. Then boil it again and leave it for 12 hours. Repeat the same process again. Just boil for 15 minutes and then preserve it.
5. Wash the jars, sterilize them and pour the hot jam in. Close the lids tightly and put them in a cold, dark place for storage.
