Fitness salad for a light dinner with simple ingredients: we share an elementary recipe
The ideal dinner option is a salad, as they are almost always based on vegetables, herbs, eggs, seafood, fish, and chicken. Instead of unhealthy mayonnaise, it is better to use lighter dressings such as oil, sour cream, and yogurt.
Cook Olena shared on Instagram a recipe for a light salad made from Chinese cabbage, fillet, eggs, and corn, which is very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Fillet – 1 pc
- Corn – 300 g
- Cucumber – 1 pc
- Chinese cabbage – 300 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Greek yogurt – 3 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 0.5 tsp
- Pepper, salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet and eggs.
2. Dice the finished fillet, eggs, and cucumbers.
3. Cut the cabbage into strips.
4. Sauce: mix Greek yogurt, mustard, and Dijon mustard, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with the sauce!
It's better to eat the salad right away!
