Cottage cheese casserole with peaches and without flour: a simple recipe
Cottage cheese casseroles are a great tea-time treat, and they can be eaten for dinner, breakfast, and lunch. They can be made without flour, with berries and fruit.
Cook Mariia Lysytsia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with peaches that is light and not clogged.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 600 g
- Sour cream – 150 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Sugar – 60 g
- Flour – 4-5 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Vanilla – a pinch
- Peaches – 3-4 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter.
2. Put the eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, salt, flour, and vanilla in a blender and beat until smooth.
3. Slice the peaches.
3. Put half of the mass in the mold, top with peaches, and pour the dough, bake for 40 minutes at 170 C.
