Cinnamon and apple cinnabon buns: your favorite pastries in a new way
You can make your favorite cinnabon buns in a new way by changing the filling and using apples. They are especially well combined with cinnamon – the pastries have an incredible aroma and taste. The dough for cinnabons is best made with milk – it is easy to work with and rises well.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- milk - 260 ml
- dry yeast - 7 g (fresh - 20 g)
- sugar - 80 g
- butter - 50 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 470 g
Filling:
- apples - 500-600 g
- cinnamon - 2 tsp + sugar - 100 g
- butter - 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of the dough. Add yeast and sugar to warm milk, leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add the melted butter, salt and gradually flour to the finished dough. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel and grate the apples or chop them.
4. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll out the dough. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
6. Put apples and wrap in the roll. Cut into portions and put into a baking dish.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Bake the first 20 minutes as usual, the next 30 minutes under foil, and the last 10 minutes without foil.
