Chopped meatballs are a great dish for a hearty lunch or dinner. To keep their shape and prevent them from falling apart, flour must be added to the base.

How to cook chopped cutlets correctly?

The cook shared a recipe for very juicy chopped cutlets with sour cream and mayonnaise on Instagram.

The ingredients are:

  • fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of flour
  • hard cheese

Spices:

  • salt
  • pepper to the poultry
  • garlic salt with herbs
  • paprika
  • smoked paprika
  • all-purpose meat seasoning

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet and onion into small cubes and mix the above ingredients.
