Chopped cutlets: what to add to the base to keep it's shape
Chopped meatballs are a great dish for a hearty lunch or dinner. To keep their shape and prevent them from falling apart, flour must be added to the base.
The cook shared a recipe for very juicy chopped cutlets with sour cream and mayonnaise on Instagram.
The ingredients are:
- fillet
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp of flour
- hard cheese
Spices:
- salt
- pepper to the poultry
- garlic salt with herbs
- paprika
- smoked paprika
- all-purpose meat seasoning
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet and onion into small cubes and mix the above ingredients.
2. Season with spices and herbs.
3. Fry the patties in well-heated vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side over medium heat.
