A food blogger with the nickname cook_julija_simonchuk knows how to make beef salad without mayonnaise. On Instagram, she told us which vegetables would taste best in this dish.
Ingredients:
- Boiled beef - 300 gr
- Tomato - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper (yellow and red) - 2 pcs
- Fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs
- Blue onion - 1-2 pcs
- Canned peas - 1 can
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oil - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beef until tender, cut into strips.
2. Cut the cucumber, pepper and tomato into strips.
3. Put everything in a deep container, and add peas.
4. Squeeze the garlic and put it in a pile on the salad.
5. Pour the heated oil over the garlic, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs. Mix and serve.
