Asparagus beans are a light and very nutritious vegetable that can be an ingredient in many dishes, as well as an independent snack. The product becomes very flavorful and crispy when cooked in breadcrumbs. These beans are worth cooking right now, as the season is in full swing.

Ingredients:
- green beans – 1 kg
- water – 3 liters
- salt – 1.5 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- butter – 120 g
- breadcrumbs – 50 g
- dill – a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the beans, cut off the ends on both sides, cut into 2-3 pieces.
2. Pour water into a saucepan, and add salt and sugar.
3. When the water boils, add the beans and cook for 25 minutes.
4. Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.
5. Separately, melt the butter in a frying pan, and add the breadcrumbs.
6. When they are toasted and brown, add the beans.
7. Stew for another 2-3 minutes, add salt at the end, if necessary.
8. Finely chop the dill and add it to the beans, stir.
