Pancakes with an unusual salty filling for lunch: a simple recipe
Thin and elastic pancakes are the perfect base for a variety of desserts and appetizers. You can make them with savory and sweet fillings. The main thing is to make a good dough so that the pancakes do not tear.

Ingredients:
Pancakes:
- milk – 500 ml
- water – 500 ml
- eggs (small) – 2 pcs
- flour – 400 g
- salt – 1 tsp
- sugar – 2 tsp
- vegetable oil – 25 ml
The filling:
- boiled meat – 400 g
- onion – 3 pcs
- oil (for frying)
- rice –180 g
Method of preparation:
1. To make pancakes, mix water with milk.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and salt separately with a whisk. Then immediately add half the mixture of milk and water. Mix well.
3. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
4. Add the rest of the liquid and oil. Stir and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. For the filling you need to cook the rice until tender, fry the onion, cook the meat, and grind it through a meat grinder.
6. Mix all the ingredients for the filling, adding spices.
7. When the dough is ready, fry the pancakes on one side only. The side that is not fried should be matte and without liquid.
8. When the pancakes are ready, wrap the filling in them. It should be placed on the fried side of the pancakes. Thanks to this, when you fry the finished pancakes in a pan, they will be soft and tender, because the outside of the pancakes will be fried once, not twice.
