How to freeze sliced zucchini
1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly in cold water. If the vegetables are from the store, wash them with baking soda and then again in clean water.
2. Dry and cut them into 1-centimeters slices.
3. Cover a cutting board with cling film and place the zucchini slices in a single row so that they do not touch each other. Cover the top with cling film again. Put in the freezer.
4. After the vegetables are frozen, put them in one container or pack them in bags.
How to freeze diced zucchini
1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly in cold water. If the vegetables are from the store, wash them with baking soda and then again in clean water.
2. Remove the seeds from the zucchini and, if desired, peel them.
3. Cut into 2-centimeter thick cubes.
4. Cover a cutting board with cling film and place the zucchini cubes in a single row so that they do not touch each other. Cover the top with cling film again. Put in the freezer.
5. After the vegetables are frozen, put them in one container or pack them in bags.
How to freeze grated zucchini
1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and remove the seeds.
2. Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
3. Put the zucchini on a board and freeze in this form.
4. It can be put in plastic bags or silicone molds.
