Food blogger Yulia Senich shared how to make zucchini casserole on Instagram. It turns out that there is nothing complicated about cooking it.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc
- Potatoes - 2 pcs
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 2 pcs
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 50 ml
- Hard cheese - 200 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Grate the zucchini, potatoes, and carrots on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess liquid.
2. Combine in a deep bowl with chopped onion.
3. Add eggs, flour, salt and grated cheese.
4. Add baking powder and oil. Mix well.
5. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and put the dough in.
6. Put the casserole in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
7. If desired, sprinkle with cheese on top.
