Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 3 kg
Cottage cheese
  • sugar - 700 g
Eggs for the cheese mixture
  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • poppy seeds - 200 g
Ingredients for the casserole
  • butter - 200 g
  • semolina or starch - 3 tbsp.
Chicken eggs
  • vanilla sugar - to taste
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Grind or beat the cottage cheese in a blender.

2. Add the semolina, starch, vanilla sugar, butter to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well with a mixer.
