Cottage cheese casserole is an ideal dish for a quick breakfast, and it can also be served as a dessert for tea. To keep the casserole in shape, add semolina or starch.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 3 kg
- sugar - 700 g
- eggs - 8 pcs.
- poppy seeds - 200 g
- butter - 200 g
- semolina or starch - 3 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar - to taste
- powdered sugar for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Grind or beat the cottage cheese in a blender.
2. Add the semolina, starch, vanilla sugar, butter to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well with a mixer.
3. Set aside 1 kg of the curd mass and add the poppy seeds, mix thoroughly and put into a baking dish.
4. Top with the remaining curd mass and place in a preheated oven.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
When the casserole has cooled, you can pour chocolate fondant over it and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
