How to cook:
- Cut the meat into medium pieces.
- Cut the onion into large half rings, put it on the meat, and mix.
- Add spices, herbs, and pomegranate juice, mix thoroughly, cover with a plate, and leave the meat to marinate for 2-3 hours.
2. Mustard marinade
Ingredients:
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 90 g
- Spicy herbs (oregano, basil) - to taste
- A mixture of spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the spices, herbs, mustard, and soy sauce, and mix thoroughly.
- Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, pour over the prepared marinade, and leave for 1-2 hours.
3. Marinade with kiwi and onions
Ingredients:
- kiwi - 1-2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Grate the kiwi, finely chop the onion, and mix.
- Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Put the meat in the marinade and leave it for only 20 minutes.
4. Spicy marinade with mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- Onions - 500 g
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf (ground) - to taste
- Hops Suneli seasoning - to taste
- Ground red pepper - to taste
How to cook:
- Peel the onion, and cut it into cubes, but it is better to pass it through a meat grinder.
- Add mayonnaise, oil, pepper, bay leaf and seasonings.
- Put the meat in the marinade and leave it for 5-6 hours.
5. Lemon-mint marinade with wine
Ingredients:
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Mint - 2 sprigs
- White wine - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Marjoram, sprigs - 1 pc.
- Thyme, sprigs - 1 pc.
- Red pepper - 0.5 tbsp
- Red sweet pepper - 0.5 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Method of preparation:
- Cut the meat into large pieces.
- Finely chop the onion, chop the mint, and squeeze the lemon juice.
- Next, chop the garlic, add the spices, pour the wine, and mix well.
- Put the meat in the marinade and leave it for 30 minutes.
