  4. Gradually add the rest of the flour, knead the dough, and leave for 1 hour.
  5. For the filling, mix 2 types of cheese, add an egg, salt, flour, and a little water.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 parts or 8.
  7. Roll out the dough, and form the sides with Suluguni cheese.
  8. Make punctures inside with a fork, brush with egg, and put the cheese filling.
  9. For flavor, you can put slices of butter on top.
  10. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  11. If desired, you can make a hole, pour the egg into it, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
