The most delicious ribs in barbecue sauce: baked in the oven
The main sign of well-cooked ribs is when the meat comes off the bone easily and turns golden. To achieve the desired effect, you need to use a variety of spices and sauces. For cooking, it is best to choose the oven.
The idea of cooking juicy baked ribs in barbecue sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Kudriavtseva with the nickname maslom_wgoru. To make the meat tough and lean, be sure to remove the upper films.
Method of cooking ribs in barbecue sauce:
1. Wash the ribs and remove the film that is on the side of the bones
2. Rub the meat with spices: black pepper, and smoked paprika.
3. For the marinade, mix 150 ml of soy sauce, 70 ml of hot sauce (chili is fine), 3 tbsp of honey, and 4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar per liter of water. There should be enough marinade to cover the meat completely when baking, so two things will be important: the amount of meat and the width/height of the dish.
4. Put the ribs in a fireproof dish and pour the mixture over them.
5. Put the ribs in the oven and bake at 200 degrees (top-down mode).
6. It is important to cover the container with a lid or foil. The marinade will not evaporate as much, and the oven itself will be cleaner. If the meat is not completely immersed in the sauce, turn it over after an hour.
7. After two hours, remove the container with the meat and let it cool slightly in the liquid.
8. Next, put the ribs on a baking sheet and brush with barbecue sauce on all sides.
9. Put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The dish needs a beautiful crust, so it is ideal if you use the grill + convection mode. But this is not necessary, even the top heating will do the job.
