Ingredients:
- beef tenderloin - 1.2 kg
- onions - 2 pcs
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- hot pepper - 1/2 pc
- rosemary - 2 sprigs
- olive oil - 4 tbsp
- coarse salt
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the tenderloin.
2. Cut into slices, about 2 cm thick.
3. Beat onion, soy sauce, black pepper, hot pepper, rosemary and olive oil in a blender.
4. Dip the meat in this marinade.
5. Leave it overnight.
6. When skewering the meat, remove the marinade so that it does not burn.
7. Add salt after turning the skewers for the first time.
