Soft inside and crispy outside: what to bake the perfect chicken drumsticks with
Chicken drumsticks are the easiest to bake. The meat is moderately fatty, cooked quickly and does not require any special manipulations. You only need a few simple ingredients to make the inside of the drumsticks soft and the top crispy and golden.
The idea of cooking juicy baked drumsticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana Levytska (lanas diet). It can be served with a fresh salad and any cereal.
Ingredients for 1 kilogram of drumsticks:
- onion
- a couple of cloves of garlic
- oil - 1 tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the onion and squeeze the garlic.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix.
3. Lubricate your the meat well with this mixture.
4. Put into a baking dish. You can use a frying pan with a removable handle.
5. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
6. If the onion has released too much juice, drain it 5 minutes before the end and bake it for another 5 minutes without juice to brown the bottom.
