If you don't have time to bake but want to surprise your family with something delicious, this cheesecake is the perfect option. It is based on ordinary cookies, which are crushed very quickly, and a delicate cottage cheese filling. In addition, all this goes very well with strawberries, which can already be found in stores or markets.

Food blogger Nadiia Oranska (nadia.oranska) shared a simple idea for making a sweet cheesecake without baking on her Instagram page.
