Juicy chopped chicken cutlets: a successful recipe
Chopped cutlets are a lazy version of traditional cutlets for when you need to prepare a dish quickly or don't want to spend a lot of time with a food processor and minced meat. The main advantage of such cutlets is that they always turn out to be very juicy compared to classic ones, tender, and hold their shape well.
Food blogger Anna Stankevych (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for delicious and juicy chopped chicken cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 3 pcs
- eggs – 3 pcs
- flour – 3 tbsp
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
Filling:
- corn – 3 tbsp
- tomatoes – 1 pc
- pepper – 1\2 pcs
- hard cheese – 50 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- dill
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet and vegetables into small cubes.
2. Mix eggs, flour, grated garlic, herbs, salt, sour cream and beat with a whisk.
3. Mix chopped meat, vegetables, corn, grated cheese, and egg mixture. Add salt or pepper if desired.
4. Heat a frying pan.
5. Fry the cutlets (1 tbsp of dough – 1 cutlet)
