How to replace eggs in baking: a culinary life hack
Chia seeds are usually added to various salads and yogurts. They are also sprinkled on bread and other baked goods. But they can also become a full-fledged ingredient for dough.
See the life hack from Taste of Life on their Facebook page.
Chia seeds are needed in the kitchen not even as an independent ingredient. These seeds can perfectly replace eggs in baking.
You just need to soak 1 teaspoon of chia in 2-3 tablespoons of water (you can grind the chia beforehand if you wish) and leave it for 5 minutes. The resulting mass will help to bind the dough. This will make the dish healthier and more dietary.
Chia also makes a great breakfast pudding. It contains no eggs or flour and only natural sweeteners. The idea was shared by yanarogozha on her Instagram page.
