A cook shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted salmon, which requires a hot marinade, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 350 g of raw salmon
- 35 g of sugar
- 35 g of salt
- 500 ml of water
- 3 bay leaves
- 15 black peppercorns
- 3 allspice peas
Method of preparation:
1. For the brine, pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Stir until sugar and salt are completely dissolved and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and cool the brine completely.
2. Put the fish in a container skin side down and pour the brine over. Close the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 12 hours (up to a day and a half). Focus on the level of desired flavor.
3. After that, remove the fish, dry it with a paper towel and serve.
