How to make dough for pies without ferment: sharing the technology
For many types of baking, the dough needs to be cooked with ferment. In this case, the structure is very loose and elastic. But this technology takes a lot of time, because the yeast needs to rise. Therefore, it is worth using a much simpler technology.
The idea of making dough for pies without ferment was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Romanchuk (olya_romanchyk_).
Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml
- dry yeast - 2 tsp (30 g of pressed)
- flour - 600 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 4 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough.
2. Leave to rest for an hour.
3. Bake the products at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
