Cooking desserts with apples

Ingredients:

  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • cottage cheese 5-9% - 100 g
  • raisins - 20 g
  • sweetener (honey is best) - to taste
  • cinnamon - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the middle from the apples.
  2. Pour boiling water over the raisins for a few minutes.
  3. Grind cottage cheese with sweetener and add raisins.
  4. Stuff the apples and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until tender.

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 1 cup
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
  • warm water - 50 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Grind oatmeal into flour.

2. Add baking powder and eggs.

3. Blend the apples into a puree with a blender.

4. Add everything to the egg-oatmeal mixture.

5. Fry in a frying pan.
