Autumn is a great time to make delicious desserts with seasonal fruits. The dishes are light and dietary, if you choose the right ingredients and combine them properly. Apple pastries are especially tasty because this product has natural malt, so you don't have to add sugar.

Ingredients:

  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • cottage cheese 5-9% - 100 g
  • raisins - 20 g
  • sweetener (honey is best) - to taste
  • cinnamon - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the middle from the apples.
  2. Pour boiling water over the raisins for a few minutes.
  3. Grind cottage cheese with sweetener and add raisins.
  4. Stuff the apples and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until tender.

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 1 cup
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
  • warm water - 50 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Grind oatmeal into flour.

2. Add baking powder and eggs.

3. Blend the apples into a puree with a blender.

4. Add everything to the egg-oatmeal mixture.

5. Fry in a frying pan.
