Apricot pie can be served as a weekend breakfast, or it can be a great addition to coffee or tea. In any case, this type of pastry is very tasty and looks good.
A food blogger with the nickname ann food shared this recipe for apricot pie. On Instagram, she explained what needs to be done to make the dish taste great.
Ingredients
- eggs - 3 pcs
- butter - 120 gr
- sour cream - 120 gr
- apricots - 15 pcs
- sugar - 200 g
- flour - 300 g
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - to taste
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Mix eggs with 150 grams of sugar and beat until fluffy.
2. Add sour cream, vanilla sugar and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix again with a whisk.
4. Pour 50 grams of sugar onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and put the apricot halves on top.
5. Pour the batter over the apricots and bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
