Crispy pickles: a perfect side dish for kebabs
During the summer, each of us tries to make time for a picnic. It's there that you can fully experience the pleasure of this time of year and taste delicious barbecue. And as you know, it tastes perfect with a variety of snacks.
Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared a recipe for crispy pickled cucumbers on Instagram. She believes they will be a great addition to grilled meat.
Ingredients
- cucumbers - 1 kg
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- garlic - 4 cloves
- dill - 1 tooth
The method of preparation
1. Put sugar, salt and garlic in a ziploc bag.
2. Wash the cucumbers. Cut off their tips and put them in a bag.
3. Shake well several times and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
4. During this process, shake the bag and turn it over several times so that the cucumbers are evenly pickled.
