How to quickly pickle tomatoes with onions: you can eat in a few hours
This method of pickling tomatoes and onions is the easiest and fastest. The cooking process itself takes no more than 10 minutes, but then you need to let the vegetables brew for a while. The result is very flavorful and spicy due to the spices. Ideal for barbecue and any other meat.

Ingredients:
For tomatoes:
- tomatoes – 3-4 pcs
- onions – 1 pc
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- herbs (dill, parsley)
- vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp
- honey – 1 tbsp
- mixture of Italian herbs – 1 tsp
- paprika – 1 tsp
- salt – 1 tsp
- pepper – 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
For the onions:
- onions – 2-3 pcs
- herbs (dill, parsley)
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tbsp
- vinegar (9%) – 2 tbsp
- cold water – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
2. Cut the onion in half rings.
3. Cut the garlic into slices.
4. Chop the herbs. Put the vegetables and herbs in a deep bowl.
5. For the marinade, mix the oil, honey, herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well.
6. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix, and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.
7. To marinate the onions separately, cut the onions into half rings and chop the herbs.
8. Put onions and herbs in layers in a jar. Add sugar, salt, and vinegar at the end.
9. Cover with cold water and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.
