Julian De Silva, a plastic surgeon from London, named the 10 most beautiful models in the world. The doctor was able to determine them using the golden ratio formula.

This is a mathematical equation invented by the ancient Greeks. The meaning of the golden ratio is that the closer the proportions of the face or body are to the number 1.618 (Phi), the more beautiful they become, reports Daily Mail.

Kate Moss topped the list with the highest score. Due to her symmetrical facial features, De Silva rated the supermodel at 94.14% out of 100. According to the plastic surgeon, the 51-year-old style icon's eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, and face shape are close to the ancient Greek idea of perfection.

Cindy Crawford took second place on the list with 93.87%. She scored the highest in three categories: chin – 99.6%, eyes – 99.4%, and forehead – 98.6%. "She would have won if it weren't for her poor lip score of 84%," the doctor said.

The third and fourth places were shared by 44-year-old Gisele Bundchen and 34-year-old Jourdan Dunn.

"Jourdan Dunn is the most beautiful supermodel alive," said De Silva, "She scored well in almost every category and was among the leaders in face shape (97.1%) and eye placement (97.3%). She was lowered for her nose shape (88.9%) and forehead (89%)."

Winnie Harlow rounds out the top five beauties with 91.03%. Next on the list are Kendall Jenner – 91.00%, Liu Wen – 90.98%, Cara Delevingne – 89.97%, Emily Ratajkovski – 89.37%, and Naomi Campbell –– 89.26%. The latter was ranked 10th because of the shape of her chin.

"Emily's nose is almost perfectly shaped, with a score of 99.56%, the highest on the list," the doctor explained. "Her lips were in second place at 98.17%, while her eyebrows were disappointing at 79% and her jawline at 76.8%. Naomi received the second highest score for her eyebrows at 89.9%, but the lowest for her chin at 80.4%."
