Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 120 gr
  • Corn flour - 50 g
  • Green onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried garlic
  • Oil

How to cook

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Strongly squeeze out all the liquid.

2. Add the eggs, chopped onion, grated cheese, flour and spices and mix everything.

3. Grease a waffle iron with oil, put the mixture in and fry until golden brown.

4. Serve with cream cheese, sour cream, or a sauce based on natural yogurt and a little garlic.
