Today, FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for delicious, fluffy zucchini pancakes that will be a great breakfast in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Kefir - 150 ml
- Flour - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater, add eggs, kefir, salt, pepper, and mix.
- Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and mix. Add to the zucchini and mix thoroughly.
- At the very end, add the oil and mix.
- Heat a frying pan, spoon in the dough, and fry them one at a time.
Ready-made pancakes are best eaten hot, with sour cream, salmon, poached egg, herbs, vegetables, and cream cheese.
