You don't need sheets of dough or expensive ingredients to make this casserole. This is another nuance that makes zucchini lasagna a versatile dish for lunch or dinner. Food blogger Alex Mil knows exactly how to cook it. He shared it on his Instagram.

Ingredients

  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 15-20 ml
  • tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice - 400 g
  • salt
  • pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • cheese - 220 g
  • minced meat - 500-600 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • zucchini - 750 g

The method of preparation

1. Chop onion and garlic. Fry them in a frying pan with oil for 3 minutes.

2. Add minced meat and spices. Stir and fry for 7 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes in their own juice or juicy tomatoes mashed into a puree. Mix everything and simmer for another 7 minutes.

4. Grate cheese and slice zucchini.

5. Put a layer of lightly salted zucchini, then a layer of meat, a layer of cheese, and another layer of zucchini in a mold. Continue until you run out of ingredients.

6. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
