Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1 tooth.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce - 2.5 tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp (or 1/2 tbsp regular vinegar);
  • Chili pepper, sesame, salt

Method of preparation:

1. Wash vegetables, grate.
