  • zucchini - 350 gr.
  • onion - 1 small
  • carrots - 1 medium
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato paste - 1 teaspoon
  • spices to taste.
How to cook zucchini caviar

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop all the ingredients. In a large pan, fry the onions with carrots. Add the zucchini.

2. Simmer for 15-25 minutes.

3. At the end, add a little tomato paste and spices. Transfer to a blender bowl and beat.

4. Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate. The shelf life is 2 to 5 days.
