Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • cream at room temperature 25-33% - 200 ml.
  • salt, paprika, pepper, dry garlic
  • herbs
  • cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

2. Fry well until golden brown.

3. Fry the chicken fillet in the same pan for 7 minutes.

4. Add the potatoes to the breast.

5. Mix well.

6. Pour cream over everything and add spices.

7. Simmer under the lid closed.

8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, cover and wait until the cheese melts. Garnish with herbs at the end.
