Garlic is a great addition to many dishes. This ingredient adds a special piquancy and spice to dishes. But many people do not peel this product properly.

The Mirror shared tips on how to peel garlic properly. You can use the product much more economically.

White peeled cloves are usually used in cooking. But you don't need to throw away the husks – they are completely edible. Besides, it can be used to make a versatile seasoning for chips.

What you need to do

1. Collect all the garlic husks

2. Rinse it in clean water.

3. Dry it with a clean towel.

4. Place the husks on a baking sheet.

5. Put in the oven at 160 degrees for five minutes.

6. When the husks become crispy, remove them from the oven and place them in a blender.

7. Beat into a fine powder.

8. Mix the crushed husk with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder.

This technique can also be adapted to suit your tastes, so you can replace the paprika and chili powder with any combination of spices you like.

And if making your seasoning seems too complicated, you can also make homemade broth after your Sunday roast using garlic peels and any bones left over from the meat. Simply put the peel and bones in a pot with spices, herbs, vegetables, and water and leave to simmer for a few hours before straining.
