Ingredients:

  • water - 300 ml
  • dry yeast - 7 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • egg - 1 pc
  • flour - 500 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix water, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.

2. Add the egg. Mix well.

3. Add flour and knead the dough. Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.

4. Add oil and knead the dough thoroughly. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts, wrap in cling film and put in bags. Put it in the freezer immediately.

Rules for defrosting the dough

1. Transfer the dough from the freezer to the refrigerator.

2. In the morning, remove the bags and plastic wrap from the dough, put it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and put it in a warm place. Wait for the dough to rise. On average, it takes 2 hours.
