Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- wheat flour - 5 cups
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
- yeast (dry - small sachet) - 11 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a bowl.
2. Gradually pour in warm milk, add sugar, salt, and oil. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Add another cup of flour.
4. Put the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate.
5. You can start cooking in 2 hours. But if the dough stays in the refrigerator longer, nothing will happen to it.

Method of preparation:
1. Grease a deep plate with vegetable oil and place the dough in it. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour and a half.
2. Prepare the filling: fry the onion in olive oil, and add the cabbage. Simmer all together for 20 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Put the filling and form pies. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
4. Brush with a mixture of egg and milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
