Cook Oksana shared a recipe for the most successful yeast dough on Instagram, which can be used to make delicious pies, buns, and pies.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 750 g
- Yeast - 33 g (1/3 of a pack)
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Milk - 250 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- 82% vegetable oil - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, yeast and two tablespoons of flour to warm milk, cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add the egg, salt, oil, and part of the flour to the ready-made dough and mix well. Then add the flour and mix again until smooth.
3. Grease a clean bowl with oil and put the dough in it, cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
