Ingredients:

  • flour - 400 g
  • water - 200 ml (boiling)
  • oil - 3 tbsp (35 g)
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

  • mashed potatoes - 250 g
  • mushrooms - 80 g
  • fried onions

Method of preparation:

1. Sift flour. Add salt and oil.

2. Pour boiling water and quickly knead the dough first with a spoon and then with your hands.

3. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

5. Cut out circles with a glass.

6. Put about 1 tbsp of the filling on each piece and close well.

7. Put on a floured board.

8. Salt water and bring to a boil.

9. Boil the varenyky. As soon as they come to the surface, cook for another 3-5 minutes.

10. Put them in a deep dish.

11. Pour fried oil and lard over and mix well.
