Ingredients:

  • flour – 400 g

Wheat flour

  • starch – 140 g
  • water – 150-200 ml
  • oil – 140 ml

Vegetable oil

  • sugar – 4-5 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder – 2 tsp

For the filling:

  • nuts – 150-200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add the baking powder, starch, salt, and sugar to the sifted flour, and mix well.

2. Add the oil and water.

3. Knead the dough, it should be tender, not "clogged".

4. Roll out a layer of dough, sprinkle with chopped nuts and sugar, and roll up and cut into pieces.
