Bagels are a great tea dessert for any occasion. You can choose a variety of sweet fillings and, moreover, these products do not get stale for a long time. The key is to add one simple but very important ingredient to the dough.

  • flour - 350-450 g
  • sour cream - 180 g
  • butter - 200 g
  • thick jam or other filling
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
