The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, flavorful, and easy-to-prepare vegetable salad with an original dressing.
Salad recipe
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- Cucumber – 1 pc.
- Red onion – 1/2 pc.
- Green onions, basil, cilantro or parsley
- Hot pepper – 1/2 pc.
Dressing:
- Walnuts – 3 tbsp.
- Cherry tomatoes – 4 pcs. (or one large tomato)
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Coriander 1/3 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, choose cilantro or parsley depending on your taste.

2. For the dressing: add the ingredients to the blender bowl and blend until smooth.
