Julienne is a hearty dinner option for the whole family. You don't have to knead the dough for this dish, so everything can be done very quickly. For the filling, you can use chicken with mushrooms or other favorite ingredients.

The idea of cooking a hearty julienne for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Albina with the nickname albik food. It is delicious sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 15 g
  • mayonnaise - 300 g
  • sour cream - 300 g
  • flour - 300-350 g
  • egg yolk + 1 tbsp. milk for lubrication

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar, salt, sour cream, mayonnaise to the eggs.

2. Mix well.

3. Add the rest of the flour.

4. Stir until smooth.

5. Fry the chicken and mushrooms for the filling.

6. Pour some of the batter into the glass mold.

7. Put the filling in.

8. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.

9. After 20 minutes, remove and brush with egg and milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

10. Put in the oven for another 30 minutes.
