Ingredients:
- eggs - 5-6 pcs.
- blue cabbage - 1 pc.
- vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage and cover the bottom of the pan in which the eggs will be cooked with one half;
2. Put the eggs into the pan and press them down a little.

3. Cover with the rest of the cabbage, add vinegar, salt, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

4. After that, leave the eggs in the pan for 6 hours so that they are well colored.

5. Take out. The eggs will be a deep blue color.
