If you want to cook a delicious and light meal for dinner, pasta is the perfect option. You can add seafood, vegetables, meat, spices, and cream to it, which will make the dish very tender and tasty.
Nutritionist Alona Piddubna shared 3 delicious pasta recipes with vegetables, fish, and meat on Instagram.
A tip from a nutritionist: add any sauce straight from the pan to the cooked pasta and you're done! Do not season the pasta with oil.
1. Pasta with fillets
- mushrooms – 100 g
- turkey/chicken fillet – 150 g
- cream 10% (regular or vegetable) – 100 g
- water – 100 ml
- onion – 1/2 pc
- Salt, pepper, spice mix – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop everything, add spices, and simmer in cream over low heat until the meat is ready!
2. Tomato pasta with basil and seafood
Ingredients:
- tomato paste – 100 g
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g
- fresh basil – to taste
- seafood – 150 g
- water – 100 ml
- oil – 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, oregano – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the seafood in oil, add water, spices, tomatoes, and pasta.
2. Simmer until the tomatoes are soft.
3. Then sprinkle with chopped basil.
3. Tomato and cheese paste with nuts
Ingredients:
- tomato paste – 100 g
- water – 100 ml
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g
- mozzarella – 100 g
- fresh basil – to taste
- any nuts – 2 tsp
- oil – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Cut and fry the tomatoes in vegetable oil for about 5-6 minutes.
2. Add the pasta, water, spices, and cheese slices and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, add nuts and chopped basil.
